Throwing Schedule

This is a rain or shine event, just like our competitions, so please come prepared for all weather conditions.

Tentative schedule:
Friday (3/27): 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday (3/28): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The clinic will be structured into three 4-hour instructional blocks, roughly divided into light/heavy distance events and WOB, Sheaf, or Caber.

Each instructional block will include event-specific technical instruction and related drills, along with strength and training options you can do at home to improve performance in those events

All coaches will work with attendees across all nine Highland Games events, providing well-rounded instruction regardless of experience level.
